What to do if the size doesn't suit me?

Please contact us from the contact section and we will find a solution. You have one week after delivery to ask for a refund or an exchange of the bracelet.

My Ablazi product is broken/damaged, what can I do?

The quality of our product is a priority for us. Each product has a quality check but sometimes some can have the quality problem that we did not see during quality control.
If you have a problem with you’re Ablazi accessory (damaged, broken or other), use the contact page of our website and send us some photos of the problem and we will do our best to solve it soon.

What is the price for delivery?

All prices included free delivery, worldwide.

When will my order be shipped?

The current manufacturing time is 10 days ; after that your order will be shipped and delivery time depend of your country but it’s around 5-6 weeks. For some country it’s less and for some it’s more, that’s depend of the Postal Service of your country.

Do you deliver to my country?

You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.

What kind of payment is possible?

You can order your bracelet using the following :  PayPal, VISA, MasterCard & American Express.

Is the payment secure?

Yes, our payments are handled by stripe & PayPal which are recognized companies all over the world for their security.

Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but It’s depending on the customs behavior.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact our customer support within 6 hours.

I have not received my product, what should I do?

Delivery time is around 5 weeks. If you don’t get your order after 5 weeks, you can contact us on the Contact Page and our team will check if there is a problem.

What do I do if I received a wrong product or size?

We urge our customers to check products as soon as they are received to ensure that they are in good condition and exactly what you have ordered. If you find anything wrong with the product, please contac us immediately!

Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
Please contact us if you don’t receive one within 6 hours.
